13. We have the right to change or amend this agreement at any time and do not have to give you prior notice nor notification when such changes are made. The price for reprint rights could change at any time. In the event that the price decreases there is no refund nor rebate on the price you paid for your reprint rights. 14. This agreement is between you, the buyer of the reprint rights, and Duncan Carver in Wellington, New Zealand. At will and without reason or justification, Duncan Carver may revoke your reprint rights license and return your $1997.00 (or whatever price you paid at time of purchase) without interest.

15. Do NOT buy these reprint rights unless you're certain you know what you're doing and how to make a return on investment from your purchase.
